The houses here
New houses with builder-grade storage
Crystal Falls, Travisso, Bryson and Palmera Ridge are recent enough that nothing is worn out. The kitchens are open, the appliances are current, and the cabinetry is whatever the builder bought by the container.
So the jobs here look different from anywhere else we work. Nobody is replacing a failing kitchen. They are adding the drawer bank the island should have had, deepening a shallow pantry, and rebuilding a primary closet that came with a single rod and a shelf across a room the size of a bedroom.
