How trade orders work
Two ways it arrives, and one decision that follows
Pre-assembled arrives built, ready to set. It costs more to ship and takes more room on site, and it removes assembly labour from your schedule entirely.
Flat-packed arrives as panels. It moves through a doorway and up a stairwell without drama and stacks in a corner until the day it is needed, which is usually what settles it on a multi-unit job. Closets ship flat-packed with installation guides.
Installation is optional either way. Plenty of trade customers set the cabinetry with their own crew and only want the boxes to arrive right and on time.

Interior designers specifying a kitchen for a client, builders fitting out more than one unit, and businesses doing their own space all buy the same way here: measured properly, quoted in writing, and delivered in the format that suits the site.
Because this is a full service dealer rather than a supply-only warehouse, the person who quotes the job can put her own crew on it. On a job where the schedule matters more than the invoice, that is usually the useful part.

Is there a minimum order?
Tell us the job on the call and we will tell you straight. Single-kitchen and multi-unit work are both normal here.
Can we install it ourselves?
Yes. Closets ship flat-packed with installation guides, and installation is an option on materials rather than a condition of buying them.
Do you quote from our drawings?
Send them across. For anything being installed by us, a site measure still happens before the order goes in, because drawings and walls disagree more often than anyone would like.
What about hardware for a whole job?
Soft-close hinges and glides and solid steel and aluminum pulls come as part of the specification. Hardware on its own is quoted the same way, at trade quantities.
