Who we are. This site is operated by Hargett Investments LLC, trading as Monet Interior Closets & Cabinets, at Liberty Hill, TX 78642.

Using the site. You may read it, print it, and share links to it. Please do not copy the text or the photographs for your own commercial use, scrape the site, or try to interfere with how it runs.

What is on the page is not a quote. Descriptions of services, materials, and finishes are provided to help you decide what to ask for. Pricing for your project comes from the 3D estimate we prepare after an in-home measure, and only that estimate is binding.

The visit and the estimate. The in-home visit and the 3D estimate are provided at no cost and with no obligation to proceed.

Workmanship guarantee. Installation work carries our workmanship guarantee. Its terms are set out with your estimate. Manufacturer coverage on products is provided by the manufacturer and is separate from it.

Accuracy. We keep this site current, but we do not promise that every detail is complete or free of error, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Links and stores. Our online stores and other linked sites are operated separately and have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes are subject to the courts of Williamson County, Texas.

We pay $100 for a referral that becomes a finished job. These are the conditions that go with it.

Tell us first. Send us the name, or have the person you refer name you at the in-home consultation, before their project is booked. We cannot pay a referral we only hear about afterwards.

New customers only. The person you refer has to be someone we have not already estimated or worked for.

When it pays. The $100 is paid after their project is installed and paid in full. A cancelled, refunded, or unfinished job does not qualify, and a payment already made can be reclaimed if the job is later cancelled or refunded.

One per job. One $100 payment per completed project, to one referrer. Where more than one person claims the same referral, we decide who it belongs to.

Cash, or off what you owe. The reward is paid as cash or check. If you still owe a balance on your own project when the referral qualifies, we can take the $100 off that balance instead. Which of the two is ours to decide. The reward is not transferable and has no other value.

We can say no. Referrals are approved at our sole discretion. We may decline any referral, for any reason, at any time, including after a job has been booked. Nothing on this page is an offer we are bound to accept.

Who is not eligible. Employees, subcontractors, members of the same household as the person referred, and anyone referring their own project.

We can change or end it. We may change these terms or withdraw the referral program at any time. The terms on this page at the time we accept a referral are the ones that apply to it.

Taxes. Referral payments may be reportable income. That is the recipient's responsibility, not ours.

FIRST20 takes 20% off your first project with us, booked from a free in-home estimate.

First project only. The offer is for customers we have not worked for before. One project per household, and it does not carry over to later work.

Say it at the measure. The code has to be mentioned at the consultation so it is applied before the estimate is prepared. It cannot be added to an estimate that has already been issued, or to work already under way.

One at a time. One code per project. It cannot be combined with another discount, promotion, or referral reward on the same job.

What it comes off. The discount applies to the job total on the estimate. It has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash or credit.

We can change or end it. This is a current offer, not a standing price. We may change the amount, set conditions, or withdraw it at any time, and we may decline to apply it to a particular project at our discretion.

The estimate governs. Whatever is written on your signed estimate is the price. This page does not override it.
